Users must record and send the incident through out app. Please download the app and register.

The list of possible security issues that we accept, include but are not limited to: Traffic Accidents, Fire, Riots, Health Hazards, Armed Robbery, Missing persons, Police Harassment, Herdsmen Invasion etc.

In order to prevent fraud, SecurityTrack will not pay for more than two videos for the same incident. Where multiple videos of an incident are sent, We will pay for the best 2 videos, as determined by us.

Videos are expected to be a maximum of 5 minutes, although there is some flexibility on this. Longer videos may be broken into 2 or more parts.

Our current payment for all qualifying videos is ₦10,000.

We reserve the right not to make payment if we deem the video substandard.
